Overview

The OPTISWIRL 5080 is a Vortex flowmeter for high temperature applications up to +427°C / +800°F. The flowmeter is particularly designed for measurement of saturated and superheated steam above +240°C / +464°F. Other applications involve high temperature media like thermo oil or other heat transfer liquids as well as high temperature process and auxiliary gases.

  • Patented, adaptive filtering and signal conditioning for increased low flow performance
  • Flange or space-saving sandwich version
  • Also available as dual version with two converters for multi-product pipelines and measurement redundancy
