Overview

The OPTIBAR  DSD 3210 is a two-sided diaphragm seal for mounting to the OPTIBAR DP 7060 differential pressure transmitter. It features a flange design with optional extension for combined direct and capillary tube attachment. The diaphragm seal comes with a wide selection of wetted materials from stainless steel to chemically resistant PTFE or PFA coatings, Hastelloy®, Duplex, titanium, tantalum and gold. This makes it ideal for absolute or gauge pressure measurement and hydrostatic level applications where it is required to avoid direct contact between the measuring cell of the transmitter and the medium.

  • Very aggressive acids
  • Corrosive and reducing atmospheres
  • Viscous and clogging media
  • Abrasive fluids
  • High temperature processes up to +400°C / +752°F
