Overview

The OPTIBAR DSP 2000 is a membrane diaphragm seal for mounting to the OPTIBAR PM 5060 and OPTIBAR PM 3050 pressure transmitters. It features a versatile design with threaded connection or open measuring flange for direct or capillary tube attachment. The diaphragm seal is thus perfectly suited for special applications requiring flexibility as to the selection of the right process connection. It comes with optional flushing hole and a range of wetted materials available for the membrane - from standard stainless steel to chemically resistant PTFE coatings, Hastelloy® and tantalum. This makes it ideal for absolute or gauge pressure measurement and hydrostatic level applications where it is required to avoid direct contact between the measuring cell of the transmitter and the medium.

  • Very aggressive acids
  • Corrosive and reducing atmospheres
  • Viscous and clogging media
  • Abrasive fluids
  • High temperature processes up to +400°C / +752°F
