Overview

The OPTIBAR DSP 3000 is a membrane diaphragam seal for mounting to the OPTIBAR PM 5060 and OPTIBAR PM 3050 pressure transmitters. It features a flange design for direct or capillary tube attachment. The diaphragm seal comes with a wide selection of wetted materials from stainless steel to chemically resistant PTFE or PFA coatings, Hastelloy®, Duplex, titanium, tantalum and gold. This makes it ideal for absolute or gauge pressure measurement and hydrostatic level applications where it is required to avoid direct contact between the measuring cell of the transmitter and the medium.

Absolute and gauge pressure measurement or hydrostatic level applications involving:

  • Very aggressive acids
  • Corrosive and reducing atmospheres
  • Viscous and clogging media
  • Abrasive fluids
  • High temperature processes up to +400°C /+752°F
