This premium option involves a live interactive session via a web-connected mobile device for remote support, including screen and camera sharing, review of configurations, technical details, product documentation or downloads, and installation of software and firmware updates.
This live video service is particularly useful when time is of the essence and on-site visits are not the best option, e.g. in remote installation areas or where there are large distances between the affected measurement points, making on-site support time consuming and extensive.
